The Burnley Town Massive is an African-American gang formerly led by Able Crown in Gotham City, and a rival group to the Falcone Crime Family. After Able's death was orchestrated by Penguin, Charles Crown succeeded him as the new leader, and the gang became a sub-division of the Cobb Crime Family.

Operations and Rivalries[]
Led by Able Crown, the Massive was a powerful mob based in the Burnley district of Gotham City. They were notorious for being rivals of the Odessa Mob and the Falcone Crime Family and feuding over territory for their operations. After the flooding of Gotham, members of Burnley Town, along with the Odessa Mob, began robbing the Falcones drops operation.[1]
