Desoto was a former member of the Falcone Crime Family, and a chemist who worked under the Penguin at the Drops Plant, and later on at the Underground Trolley Lab.
Biography[]
Desoto is one of first members of Penguin's Crew. Whereas the majority of Penguin's crew die during the attack of Sofia, His fate after the Bombarding of Crown Point remains unknown.
