Donald "Donny Boy" Sullivan was an Irish crime boss and the head of the Sullivan Crime Family.
Biography[]
To strenghten his empire, Oz invites Donny Boy and the all other gang leaders and their lieutenants. Zhao warns the other gang leaders that the Penguin is untrustworthy but after a poignant speech, Oz convinces them to join him.
Later, Victor go to find Donny Boy and his gang as well as the others gang because Oz has needed of an army to fight Salvatore Maroni and Sofia Gigante.
After the Bombing of Crown Point, Donny Boy and the others gang leaders abandon the Penguin, disgusting their lieutenants and Victor. Victor calls them cowards, Donny Boy will be about to shoot him but Link saves Victor as hitting him.
Soon after, Sofia invites all gang leaders including Donny Boy and their lieutenants and explains them that she wants to leave Gotham and she is ready to give her empire and her territories to the gang leader who will capture Oz. But Oz will give to the lieutenants a chance to do their proofs that their leaders never do and Donny Boy will be killed by his former lieutenant George who will become the new leader of the Sullivan Crime Family.
