Eve Karlo is a stripper and the lover of Oz Cobb.
Biography[]
Gotham Life[]
Eve was born and raised in Gotham City. As an adult she became a fairly successful prostitute with a large clientele. She eventually met and befriended other prostitutes in the her neighborhood, such as Nancy Hoffman, Yolanda Jones, Roxy, Cinnamon, and Alice. They all eventually became like family to her. During this time, Eve, along with her friends, worked as a stripper at the Iceberg Lounge, a nightclub ran by the Falcone Crime Family.
In 2010, Nancy and Yolanda were killed by a serial killer called the Hangman. Sofia Falcone was eventually incarcerated for the murders, but unbeknownst to Eve, Sofia's father Carmine, Nancy and Yolanda's employer, was the true killer, and had framed his daughter for his crimes.
Meeting Oz Cobb[]
At some point, Eve met rising Mobster and Falcone associate Oswald Cobb, and they formed a somewhat complex; part mutually beneficial relationship, part love affair. Although Eve has always treated Penguin with tenderness, she knows what he is really like, and always reminds him that they have a deal that he cannot drag her or her friends into his schemes.

Personality[]
Eve is presented as a woman who almost always maintains a calm attitude, even in the most dangerous situations. She is very protective of her friends and loved ones. She is also extremely intelligent; she knows the Penguin's nature very well and sets limits on their relationship so that he does not drag her to her doom.
Eve feels resentful towards Gotham's elite for being born into a life of privilege.
