Feng Zhao was the Dai Lao of the Gotham City Triads, and an old rival of Carmine Falcone.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Zhao was born the son of a former psychologist that was forced to flee Taiwan to escape persecution from the CCP. He later went on to become head of the Triads based in Gotham City.
Rivalry with The Falcones[]
Zhao would go on to form a rivalry with Carmine Falcone, the head of the Falcone Crime Family. At one point, both their respected organizations went to war which resulted in the Triads being forced out of the city's drug trade and relegating themselves to Gotham's Chinatown, where they mostly operated clubs and casinos.
Joining the Penguin[]
Being agree to meet Sofia and Oz who were partners, Zhao sees the new drug who they possess and is agree to form an alliance with them, especially when Sofia explains him that they share the same hate against Carmine Falcone even he is dead.
Soon after, Oz invites Zhao and the all other gang leaders and their lieutenants. Zhao warns the other gang leaders that the Penguin is untrustworthy but after a poignant speech, Oz convinces them to join him.
Later, Victor go to find Zhao and the Triads as well as the others gang because Oz has needed of an army to fight Salvatore Maroni and Sofia Gigante.
Abandoning the Penguin[]
After the Bombing of Crown Point, Zhao and the others gang leaders abandon the Penguin, disgusting their lieutenants and Victor.
Ally with Sofia Gigante and death[]
Sofia invites all gang leaders including Zhao and their lieutenants and explains them that she wants to leave Gotham and she is ready to give her empire and her territories to the gang leader who will capture Oz. Zhao succeeds and they meet again to the airport. Whereas they discuss how to kill him, Sofia sees Oz smiles and realises the trap, she tries to warn Zhao but he doesn't understand that happening and he is finally killed by his former lieutenant Link who becomes the new leader of the Triads.
