Jack Cobb was Francis Cobb's oldest son, the brother of Benny Cobb and Oz Cobb, the Penguin. Both Jack and Benny died during a storm under the tunnels.
Biography[]
Jack was born in Crown Point, Gotham City, New Jersey[1] and was raised by his beloved mother Francis Cobb. His father presumably either died or left them sometime after the birth of his youngest brother. According to Oz he was very close with his older brother, Jack and younger brother, Benny, as they often hanged out, and would go to an east side corner store called Buddies where they mixed slush puppie flavors to make suicides.[2] They also used to go into the abandoned Gotham Trolley system, where they’d play flashlight tag.[3]
However one day when Jack was 15 years the game took a deadly turn after Oz locked him and Benny in a sewer tunnel unintentionally leaving them to drown hours later during a heavy rainstorm that came that evening. His and Benny’s bodies wouldn’t be recovered until the police found them in the aftermath of that storm devastating their mother.
