Leo is among the men accused of treason against the Falcone Family but it is Castillo Sofia's personal bodyguard and close ally who is designed as the traitor because of Oz's trick and Luca Falcone kills him.

Sofia Gigante's Takeover[]
When Sofia founds the Gigante Family, Leo is the first to join her.
Confronting Salvatore Maroni[]
Leo is assigned by Sofia with one of his comrades to watch Salvatore Maroni. When they catch Oz, they find his lair. When Sal wants to kill Oz as the same manner that he has killed his wife and son after the Penguin provokes him, Leo tries to stop him and Sal kills him.
