Marcus Wise was a corrupt detective working for the Gotham City Police Department, who used to work under Carmine Falcone to satisfy his addiction to Drops. He was then hired by Sofia Falcone to find a mole in the Falcone Crime Family.
Biography[]
Marcus Wise is hired by Sofia to find a mole in the Falcone Crime Family. He captures Ervad Hakimi, one of Maroni Family's lieutenants to find the mole but Oz will kill him to protect himself. Later, after the Falcone and the Maroni Families defunct, Marcus works always for Sofia. He reappears at Crown Point after the Bombing, insulting Oz calling him the Penguin and knocks him to give him to Sofia. Soon after, whereas he is drugging himself, he is killed by the Penguin who shoots him in the left eye.
