Matthew George "Matt" Reeves (born April 27, 1966) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer, as well as the creator of The Batman Universe. He co-wrote, produced, and directed The Batman and The Batman: Part II. He also produced The Penguin.
Matt Reeves is also underseeing spin-off projects based on characters such as Scarecrow, Clayface, and Professor Pyg.

- Matt Reeves co-produced the Warner Bros. Animation production Batman: Caped Crusader for the streaming service Amazon Prime Video, alongside J.J Abrams and Bruce Timm.
- Matt Reeves was previously slated to develop an untitled Arkham Asylum series co-produced by James Gunn and Peter Safran for the DC Universe franchise, after it had been previously proposed for The Batman Universe. By July 2024, it was revealed to no longer be moving forward.
- Matt Reeves will work with both James Gunn and Peter Safran to produce the DC Studios co-production Clayface, which will be set in the DC Universe franchise with no relation to the character in The Batman Universe.
- Matt Reeves will work with James Gunn and Peter Safran on the DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation theatrical co-production Dynamic Duo, which is being developed at animation studio Swaybox.
