Mikey Stone was a member of Penguin's Crew and a member of the Falcone Crime Family.

Biography

At some point in his life, Mikey Stone came to work for the Falcone Crime Family under Oz Cobb, also known as the Penguin. He was then assigned to moving their product, Drops, on the streets of Gotham City.

One week, after the Flooding of Gotham City, Mikey and his dealers were moving a stash of drops, until they were jumped by unknown gangs, possibly Odessa Mob or Burnley Town, in order to steal their stash. Returning to the Drops Plant with a wounded dealer, Mikey tells Penguin about what happened, and he tells him to take the dealer to the back to fix him up, which Mikey does.
