Mirti was an enforcer of the Falcone Crime Family, and was a bodyguard for Sofia Falcone.
Biography[]
Mirti and Castillo accompanied Sofia when she questioned Penguin on the whereabouts of her brother Alberto. He later escorted her home after she had dinner with Penguin at an Italian restaurant.
The next day, Mirti, Castillo, and two other men, accompanied Sofia to Penguin's Apartment. When Sofia noticed his car across the street, they all got in their van and chased him across the city.
While Castillo and the other two went looking for him among a large crowd, Mirti saw Penguin when he attempted to escape in his car, and attempted to force him out of the car at gunpoint. Penguin grabbed Mirti's arm and pulled him into the car where the two fought, with Mirti even biting Penguin's hand. Penguin than stabbed Mirti in the eye and pushed him out of the car. Mirti stumbled back from shock, and was killed when a school bus ran him over.

- In DC Comics, Angelo "The Killer" Mirti was Sofia Falcone’s personal bodyguard during her reign as boss of the Falcone crime family after the death of her father. He was killed by the Joker when he broke into Sofia's home.
