New Beginnings was an animal shelter owned by John Joon. However, at some point prior to 2022, the shelter became a front for distributing Drops for the Falcone Crime Family.[1][2]
In the lower basement levels laid an Alligator that Carmine Falcone used to dispose of bodies.
