The Odessa Mob is a Ukrainian mafia group formerly led by Vasily Kosov in Gotham City. After Carmine Falcone's murder, they targeted the Falcone Crime Syndicate. After Kosov's death was orchestrated by Oz Cobb, Fedor Laskin became the new leader, and the Mob became a sub-division of the Cobb Crime Family.

Rivalry with the Falcones[]
Some time ago, the Odessa Mob started operating in Gotham City, while also feuding with the Falcone Crime Syndicate and Burnley Town Massive over territory. Following the murder of Carmine Falcone by the Riddler, the Odessa Mob took advantage of Carmine's death and the inter-rivalries within his crime organization to increase their influence in Gotham's criminal underworld.
