Ray was a member of Penguin's Crew, and an associate of the Falcone Crime Family.
Biography[]
Ray, along with Mikey and another man, carried one of their dealers back to the Plant after they were jumped by one of the gangs, possibly the Odessa Mob or Burnley Town, who stole their whole stash.[1]
Later on, Penguin and his crew prepare to move their Drops from the plant to Robbinsville. Ray is given the job of driving the F.E.M.A. truck, and is accompanied by Penguin and two other men. During the drive, Ray tries making small talk by telling a joke about birds to Penguin. However, they are soon ambushed by the Maroni Crime Family, who take out the other cars. Penguin, who was aiding the Maronis, kills the other two men, and the truck crashes.[2]
Penguin is soon met by Ervad Hakimi, the Maroni Capo that led the ambush. Ray pulls out his gun and attempts to kill Penguin for his betrayal of the Family, however, he instead hit Ervad, wounding him. However, Ervad fired his gun just as this happened, and Ray was shot multiple times, killing him, and causing his limp body to make the truck move forward and crash into a nearby car.[2]
Personality[]
Ray was shown to have an outgoing and friendly nature with Penguin. However, he is also shown to possess loyalty to the Falcones, unlike the rest of Penguin's crew, as he calls Penguin a traitor and attempts to kill him when he figures out that he was in on the Maronis robbing their stash.[2]
