Sebastian Hady is a corrupt city councilman and a gambling addict who got into debt with Carmine Falcone and later the Penguin.
Biography[]
At some point of his life, Sebastian Hady started a career as a politician, and became a city councilman. He's a gambling addict, though it's unknown if he became an addict after becoming a councilman or if he already was before he started as a politician.
Association with Carmine Falcone[]
Hady eventually became indebted as a result of his gambling addiction. Trying to find a way to pay his debts and save his job and avoid jail, he approached crime boss Carmine Falcone and asked him for a credit, which he gave him. After this, Hady payed his debt to Carmine using public taxes. However, unaware to him, Carmine kept evidence for himself as leverage in case it was necessary to extort him.
Personality[]
Like most people in position of power in Gotham, councilman Hady is corrupt and self-centered, caring only about himself abusing of his influence and taking advantage of it which is exemplified with how he used public money, which include taxes from people of Gotham, in order to pay his own debts. Hady is also quite irresponsable, completely neglecting neighborhoods such as Crown Point
