The Sullivan Crime Family is an Irish-American criminal organization led by Donny Boy that operates in Gotham City.
After Donny's death orchestrated by Oz, George McHugh became the new leader, and they became a sub-division of the Cobb Crime Family.

The Sullivans are the oldest crew in Gotham City. They are said to have been founded many years ago by Donald Sullivan's family, who were Irish immigrants that took part in building the Elliot Bridge, but never got recognition for it.
