The Batman Universe, also known as the Batverse, is a shared universe and media franchise that focuses on Matt Reeves' planned The Batman trilogy, The Penguin, Riddler: Year One, and other media. The franchise began with the release of Before The Batman: An Original Movie Novel in 2022.
